October is here and with it comes lots of quilt and vendor shows.
Quilters Journey will be at several events during October.  Starting Friday, October 4, 2019.  Quilters Journey will be closing early to set up for the 2019 Ozark Festival of Quilts hosted by the Piece and Plenty Quilt Guild in Rolla.  The show is Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., October 5th and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., October 6th.  It will be at Rolla Middle School in Rolla, MO. 
There will be lots of demos each day.  I will be doing a demo on the Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star at 10:00 on Saturday. 
So, Quilters Journey will not be open Saturday, October 5th because we will be there. 

Next week, Quilters Journey will be vending at the Missouri State Quilt Guild Retreat in Jefferson City, MO.   We will be closed Thursday, October 10th - Saturday, October 12th. 

The following week, on October 19th, Quilters Journey will be at the St. Clair Vendor Show.  Come see us there!

That is the Third Saturday in October, which means Third Saturday Sampler will be on the Fourth Saturday in October.  Don't come on the Third Saturday because no one will be there.  Blocks will not be ready until October 26th.  That gives you an extra week to get your September block finished.

One final thing, watch for our next e-mail about what is going on for Halloween!  You won't want to miss it!  I will try to have flyers at my booth where I am vending so you can get a sneak peek!
